Where to buy credits
Understand where to purchase credits when balance is low and what happens before and after the purchase.
When your existing credits are not enough to complete the next translation task, you can start the purchase flow directly inside the app without going through a separate external system.
When to buy more credits
If the system detects that the remaining balance cannot cover the target translation scope, it prompts you to purchase more before the task continues. Review the expected usage first, then choose the suitable package.
Where the purchase flow starts
You can start from Dashboard or the Language page. After selecting the model, if the remaining credits are insufficient, the system takes you to the purchase page and shows the expected word count and needed credits.
What happens after payment
After payment is complete, you can return to the original translation flow and continue without having to rebuild the entire task configuration.
Why usage estimation matters
Reviewing expected word count and credit usage before purchasing saves time and makes budget control easier than repeatedly topping up afterward.
